Hawkeye Riser Form (2001): 48” x 2’, has been modified to make 48” x 1’ product but can be easily reverted, uses hydraulic pressure to extend and retract step forming pins, uses “Slip-style” pallets (will slide inside the jacket allowing product height adjustment), uses air to actuate p-locks that retain the pallet until it needs to be demolded (recommended pressure 120-150 PSI), uses two internally mounted Bosch 18120 vibrators that run independently (currently wired for 480 volt).
