Terms and Conditions
Listing
There are no charges for equipment listings. Listings are non-exclusive; however, iwi Concrete Equipment Group may offer additional marketing support, including targeted email campaigns and promotional outreach, for sellers who agree to exclusive listing arrangements.
Buying
All payments must be processed through iwi Concrete Equipment Group. If a buyer submits payment directly to a seller and the seller fails to remit the applicable commission, the buyer may be held responsible for such commission.
Selling
Sellers agree to pay iwi Concrete Equipment Group a minimum commission of twelve percent (12%) of the final selling price, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
If additional equipment not originally listed is sold as a result of introductions or communications facilitated by iwi Concrete Equipment Group, commission shall also apply to those transactions.
Confidentiality
All information provided by iwi Concrete Equipment Group, including but not limited to contact details, pricing, and equipment information, is confidential. Such information may not be shared, distributed, or disclosed without prior written consent.
If confidential information is shared without authorization and results in a transaction, the responsible party may be held liable for applicable commissions.
Equipment Condition & Disclaimer
iwi Concrete Equipment Group acts solely as a broker and does not own the equipment listed.
All equipment is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect equipment prior to purchase. iwi Concrete Equipment Group is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or changes in listing information.
All listings are subject to prior sale and availability.
Use of Information
Information provided to iwi Concrete Equipment Group may be used for marketing, promotional materials, and website content.
