Procedures and Terms for Buying, Selling & Listing Used Equipment

Listing

There are no charges for the listings. There are no exclusive requirements although we do provide special mailings, email blasts and promotions for sellers if an exclusive is given. 

Buying

All funds MUST go through iwi Concrete Equipment Group. If the buyer pays the seller directly and the seller does not pay our commission, the buyer is held liable for the commission.

Selling

Sellers shall pay iwi Concrete Equipment Group a minimum 12% commission of the final selling price, unless a prior approved agreement has been established with iwi Concrete Equipment Group.  

Note: If other equipment that hasn't been listed is sold as a result of the contact, iwi Concrete Equipment Group will also receive a commission on those items.

The information we provide is to be kept confidential. The names, phone numbers, and emails of the referrals are not to be given without the prior consent of iwi Concrete Equipment Group. If information is released without prior consent and a sale is the result of the contact, the initial buyer can be held accountable for the commission of the sale.

iwi Concrete Equipment Group, provides no guarantees nor warranties with any used equipment purchase.  All equipment is SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. We recommend visiting the used equipment and inspect it before purchasing.

iwi Concrete Equipment Group does not own the used equipment that is listed but is acting as a broker in bringing buyer and seller together. All equipment listed is subject to prior sale and availability. All information provided is believed to be accurate, but iwi Concrete Equipment Group is not responsible for any errors, changes, or misrepresentations which may arise.

All information provided may be utilized by iwi Concrete Equipment Group for website and marketing collateral.
